"How could trapping my waiter actually raise my productivity?"I know, it's sounds silly, but...the answer is simple: if your waiter is trapped, he lets the food literally fly! This will increase the rate of productivity as it speeds up service and eliminates the risk that the guests leave the restaurant without being served.
